A conversion failed

Sometimes a file can’t be converted — it’s marked as failed while the rest of the batch finishes normally.

1. Try again. Many failures are temporary.
2. Try another format. Some conversions depend on features the source file doesn’t have.
3. Re-save the original. A slightly damaged file is the most common cause. Open it in the app that created it and save or export a fresh copy.
