Conversion stuck on “Converting…”

Most files convert in seconds, but long videos and large documents can take a few minutes — the panel keeps showing Converting… until the result is ready.

If nothing changes for a long time:

• Check that your internet connection is still up — the page needs it to hear back from our servers.
• Reload the page and convert the file again.
• If it gets stuck again, try a different target format, and let us know which file and format caused it.
