How to upload files

Most upload problems come down to the file itself or the connection. Check these before you start.

The format

Make sure we can read your file. The full list is in Which formats are supported? If a format isn’t supported, the panel marks the file and leaves it out of the batch.

The file itself

The file shouldn’t be empty or damaged. If you can, open it on your device first — if it doesn’t open there, it won’t convert here either. Files that are still downloading or syncing may be incomplete.

Where it’s stored

Upload from your device’s own storage. If the file is on a camera, phone or USB drive connected to your computer, copy it to your computer first and upload the copy.

Size and count

Each file can be up to 2 GB, and you can add up to 20 at a time.

Your connection

Uploads depend on your internet speed. The larger the file, the longer it takes — keep the tab open until it’s done.
