The upload is slow or stuck

Upload speed depends on your connection and the file size. A 1 GB video can take several minutes on a slower network.

• Keep the tab open and in the foreground, especially on a phone.
• Switch to a faster or wired connection if you can, and pause other large downloads or uploads.
• If the progress hasn’t moved for a few minutes, remove the file with the cross, reload the page and add it again.
