“Format not supported” or “File is empty”

Before converting, we check every file. When one can’t be converted, it’s marked in the list and skipped — the other files still go through.

Format not supported

We couldn’t recognise the file as any format we can read. Check its extension, and if it came from a less common app, export it from that app as a common format first (PDF, PNG, MP4 and so on).

File is empty

The file has a size of 0 bytes, so there’s nothing to convert. This usually means it didn’t finish downloading or saving — get a fresh copy and try again.
